Include in your request
- Your full name used on the account or order.
- The registered email address and, where applicable, the order number.
- A clear description of the request, such as account deletion, order history deletion or data correction.
How we handle the request
2. Review of mandatory retention
We review whether any records must be kept for legal, tax, anti-fraud, chargeback or operational reasons.
3. Deletion or anonymisation
Eligible data is deleted or anonymised in the relevant systems within a reasonable time after validation.
Important notes
- Some order, invoicing, payment, security or dispute records may need to be retained for legally required periods or contractual obligations.
- Third-party services such as payment providers, hosting and messaging vendors may keep their own records under their own policies.
- If you only need data corrected or updated, you can use the same channels without requesting full deletion.
